Paritosh Chhibber

I am a User and Service Experience Designer who has worked with the travel technology and automotive infotainment industries. As a designer, I have practiced and mentored on various aspects of UX research, modeling, design, prototyping, and validation.

My interests revolve around UX research and the integration of design, psychology and business. I have worked on interaction design and designing for holistic, inclusive and sustainable service experiences which empower and help co-create value for all stakeholders of service ecosystems.

Some of my past projects with KPIT Technologies include designing in-vehicle-infotainment systems, mentoring teams for usability improvement of enterprise web applications, automotive diagnostic and configuration tools, advanced driver assistance systems etc. I have also been training batches of employees on user experience design methods. With Tavisca Solutions, I have been working on redesigning back office systems for the travel industry, mapping and modeling the industry ecosystem, design evangelism, training & mentoring tech teams to leverage design and driving efficiencies with a metric-driven approach.

I am currently working on creating a set of open-source design & development tools to optimize the creation of digital products and services. I am also involved with product management and marketing functions in my current role and am responsible for leveraging design thinking to optimise technology enabled solutions, workflows, and delivery. I am simultaneously pursuing a master's degree in psychology.

I hold a bachelor's degree in electronics and am an alumnus of the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
